8vo. 20 x 14 cm. Full green gilt-stamped cloth boards. Upper with gilt stamp of Parliament Buildings. Spine lettered in gilt. Beveled edges. Brown endpapers. 180+ pp. Illustrated with frontispiece artotype portrait of Governor-General Sir John Douglas Sutherland Campbell, as well as 32 mounted composites of senators and other political figures; plus diagrams of the Senate and House of Commons chambers (latter double-page). Ads at back. Generally very good condition: hinges split in places, signatures loosening. Presentation label on front pastedown.
