Dye is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. He's an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in both Japan and Singapore. 

Jeremy Stobie has extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, due diligence, forensic accounting tax and finance in the international marketplace.
