From the reviews:

"Immunological Tolerance: Methods and Protocols unites the most recent ideas and techniques of outstanding scientists in this area. ... I would recommended this book, not only as a way of getting into the field of immunological tolerance, but also as a laboratory resource for the techniques required. It provides a thorough guide to the field of immunological tolerance that will be helpful to both new and established scientists wishing to investigate this exciting field." (Carl Goodyear, Immunology News, February, 2008)

"This guide provides clear information on modern laboratory techniques that are appropriate for the subject at hand -- immunological tolerance. In addition there are reviews of the literature on tolerance. ... The audience for this book includes both basic science and clinical researchers who are studying problems relating to immunological tolerance. Experts in the field write the various chapters. ... Thus, for anyone interested in studying tolerance, this is a potentially useful source of information." (Marion C. Cohen, Doody’s Review Service, September, 2007)
