As a result, this study was conducted in order to determine whether the physician's interaction with patients and staff can impact the overall experience of those involved. This guide can assist both physicians and healthcare professionals to become more effective communicators. During a research study, some aspects related to the interaction of the staff, patient and physician were determined to have an impact on the overall communication within the healthcare organization. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that there are communication deficiencies within a healthcare environment.
