Penetration, Scabbing and Perforation are the basic elements of designing protective concrete structures against the impact of hard projectile. Dr Qadir Bux alias Imran Latif did BE in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan in 2004. In June 2012, done PhD in Civil Engineering at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Currently working as Assistant Professor at COMSATS CIIT Wah Cantt Campus, Pakistan
