About the Author

Tesfa Tiruneh holds BA in Accounting from Mekelle University, MBA in Telecom Management from Graduate School of Telecommunications & Information Technology. He worked as an Accountant, Senior Accountant and Deputy Regional Manager in Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation for over five years, and he has been a Regional Trainer at Ethio Telecom.
