Library rebound in burgandy cloth with gilt tiles on spine & name on front. Approx. 6.25'' by 4'', 168pp with plans of the battles of Preston Pans, Culloden, Falkirk and Clifton. Other than the history itself, contents also include 'A Quaker's Address to Prince Charles, shewing what was the cause and ground of his misfortunes' and "Miss Flora's Lament - A song". The book has had some professional repairs to a couple of damaged pages at the front & rear (see pictures). Graham attended some of the happenings detailed here & this volume was first published in 1752. Ex reference library with pictorial bookplates at front & rear, single library stamp on rear endpaper. No other obvious library markings. Originally from the library of James Paton with a presentation note attached to the front endpapers. (GENERAL SCOTLAND).
