Susan L. Hall is a member of the Reading First Review Panel for state grant proposals and is also a Sopris West certified trainer for DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) and LETRS® (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling).
