Jonathan Haun currently serves as the lead SAP HANA consultant and consulting manager with Decision First Technologies. In addition to being certified in multiple SAP BusinessObjects tools, he is also a SAP Certified Application Associate and SAP Certified Technology Associate for SAP HANA 1.0. Jonathan has worked in the field of business intelligence for more than 10 years. During this time, he has gained invaluable experience while helping customers implement solutions using the tools from the SAP BusinessObjects product line. Before working as a full-time business intelligence consultant, he worked in a variety of information technology management and administrative roles. His combination of experience and wealth of technical knowledge make him an ideal source of information pertaining to business intelligence solutions powered by SAP HANA.

Chris Hickman is a certified SAP BusinessObjects consultant and principal consultant at Decision First Technologies. His specific areas of expertise include reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and visualization techniques. Chris software development background has enabled him to achieve proven effectiveness in architecting, developing, testing, and supporting both desktop-based and web-based applications for many customer engagements representing various industries. Chris also speaks globally at SAP and ASUG events.

Don Loden is a principal consultant at Decision First Technologies with full lifecycle data warehouse and information governance experience in multiple verticals. He is an SAP Certified Application Associate on SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator, and he is very active in the SAP community, speaking globally at numerous SAP and ASUG conferences and events. He has more than 14 years of information technology experience in the following areas: ETL architecture, development, and tuning; logical and physical data modeling; and mentoring on data warehouse, data quality, information governance, and ETL concepts.

Roy Wells is a principal consultant at Decision First Technologies, where he uses his 15 years of experience in system and application architecture to lead clients in the successful implementation of end to end BI solutions. He is particularly interested in delivering innovative visualization solutions and developing customized end user experiences that enable business transformation. He also enjoys mentoring and speaking publicly about BI, software development, and system integration solutions at conferences and venues worldwide.
