He is also a professor in the technology department of Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. Dr. Zuidweg is also the author of Next Generation Intelligent Networks (Artech House, 2002). He earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in computer science at Leiden University, The Netherlands.
