The Important Shit Book: A Neurodivergent Guide to Navigating Adulthood

Are you or a loved one neurodivergent? Sometimes we need a slightly different approach as we transition into adulthood. This book provides a foundation for young adults to build upon as they set out into an often unforgiving world. It covers everything from caring for our physical and mental health, finances, home and auto maintenance, cooking, cleaning, and time management. The goal of this book is to prepare the reader for what lies ahead in their adult lives. The author is the mother of a neurodivergent child who saw a need to create a reference guide for him as he left home for college to begin life on his own.
