Improving Environmental Performance (Self Development for Managers) Pollack, Suzanne

Current working patterns, particularly in more established economies, create severe strains on the natural environment. However, each of us can do something about the way our organisation functions which, when combined, will add up to significant change.
This book will help you to improve and sustain environmental performance in the parts of the organisation in which you function, and to extend your sphere of influence. Issues tackled include green consumers; pollution; insurance; government policy; energy resources and sustainability.
Covering the tools and techniques needed to first map current environmental performance and then develop action plans, Suzanne Pollack emphasises the advantages both for the organisation and the environment.

Suzanne Pollack lectures at Henley Management College.
