Improving Learning Transfer in Organizations addresses learning transfer on both the individual and organizational level. This volume shows how to diagnose learning transfer systems, create a transfer-ready profile, and assess and place employees to maximize transfer. The book includes information on how to determine what process should be followed to design an organization-specific learning transfer system intervention. The authors focus on the actual learning process and show how to use front-end analysis to avoid transfer problems. About the Author
Elwood F. Holton III is Jones S. Davis Distinguished Professor of Human Resource, Leadership, and Organization Development in the School of Human Resource Education at Louisiana State University.
Timothy T. Baldwin is Professor of Management and Subhedar Faculty Fellow at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Shipping Policy
Within the United States, we generally ship by media mail, unless you request otherwise. Please note that delivery time for media mail can vary. We provide delivery confirmation free of charge so you will be able to track your package through www.usps.com or www.endicia.com.
Outside of the United States, we ship by first class international or priority international mail, depending on the size of the package. Again, delivery time can vary, depending on whether the package is held up by customs in the United States or in the destination country. Unfortunately, tracking service is not provided by the Post Office for international shipping.
If you order a book that is oversized, we may request that you pay an additional fee to cover the additional postage. We will promptly email you if this is the case.
