About the Author

He began his career at the dawn of the computer age, programming and implementing early computer accounting systems and distribution. While involved in direct selling, Al recognized that to be successful he would have to improve his relationship skills. He found that most people do not see their own flaws nor are they aware of their true strengths. Nine Personality Types have proven to be a reliable guide. Now retired, Al lives with his wife in New Jersey and considers this book his legaacy to all who wish to improve their lives.
