The In-Between Friend: Showing up for everyone but myself!

The In-Between Friend is a powerful, deeply personal exploration of what it means to be the “strong one”—the friend who’s always dependable, always available, and always overlooked.

In this moving memoir and self-healing guide, Tierre Tates shares her journey from emotional exhaustion to radical self-love. Through honest storytelling, transformative insights, and sunflower symbolism woven throughout, she invites you to reflect on the roles you’ve played, the boundaries you’ve broken, and the voice you’ve silenced for too long.

This is not just a story, it’s a declaration.

For every woman who’s ever poured from an empty cup, for the friend who shows up but is rarely seen, and for those finally learning to say “no” without guilt… this book is for you.

It’s time to bloom where you are. And more importantly, it’s time to bloom for you.
