Very nice Cufflinks with a picture of the U.S. Capitol Building and 50 stars. Written along the white outer circle of the Seal in small type: "Inaugration of President and Vice President." There are two red flags, one says Clinton and the other says Gore. The year 1993 on the bottom. In excellent condition.
