About this Item
This book discusses an age old problem. It approaches it with obvious facts. Their application to industry, however, is believed to be new. The author has been the executive head of a manufacturing company for the last 38 years. The company of which he is the executive head has grown from bankruptcy to the leader in its field during his term as president. It is very difficult for the author to understand why the program out lines herein has not been followed by all industrialists. It was especially hard to understand why companies which had been vexed by labor-management friction do not go to incentive management. How long does the country wait before It can have these benefits of such natural and obvious cooperation in industry? Such cooperation is taken for granted and is continuous in many other activities of man. It is in industry however where it is most needed. It is industry that determines our world position and our standard of living. We cannot safely neglect this progress. Public patience is wearing thin. Seller Inventory # ABE-1518567548960
