Inception of Habit: Turning Addiction into Intention

INCEPTION OF HABIT
Turning Addiction into Intention

Every addiction begins as a like. Every destiny begins as a habit.

This book is not about breaking habits — it’s about understanding how they are born. You start by liking something. You enjoy it, you repeat it, and one day, it becomes part of who you are. Whether that becomes your prison or your power depends on your awareness.

Inception of Habit teaches you how to turn that unconscious loop into conscious creation — how to transform “addiction” into “intention.”

You’ll learn how every repeated action rewires your brain, reshapes your DNA, and refines your destiny. From the first spark of liking to the spiritual mastery of self-awareness, each chapter guides you through the human evolution of habit.

Whether you’re a barber, a professional, or an artist, your environment, your love, your work, and your will all follow the same structure: from survival to mastery.

This is not just a book about habits — it’s a manual for transformation.
Read it slowly. Reflect deeply. Live it daily.

Because once you learn to control the pattern, you no longer live by habit — you live by design.
