About the Author

He was formerly Property Research Manager for prudential and Director of Internationsal Property for Henderson. He has a professional background in the publica and private sectors in commercial valuation and management. He is currently Associate Director for the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning for Promoting Learner Autonomy; and also of the Centre for Enhancing Intergrating and Ebedding Employability, both at Sheffield Hallam Unviersity. He is a member of the RICS European Partnership and Accreditation Board.
