About the Author
Patrick M. Georges is a professor in management, an active neurosurgeon, and an expert consultant to managers. He currently teaches MBA-level management courses at the Solvay Business School at the Free University of Brussels and at the CRC of HEC Paris. He is a practicing neurosurgeon at the University Medical Center of Charleroi and advises and teaches managers worldwide on how to improve effectiveness at personal, team, and business levels. In his spare time, Georges is a best-selling author with books such as Gagner en efficacité (Improving Your Effectiveness, originally self-published in French and translated into Spanish). He has also invented the Management Cockpit, the favorite war room used for 10 years by worldwide business managers.
