About the Author

Mr. Vaughn Ray Shelton, Jr. began his professional career in the United States Air Force where he was named Information Manager of the Year in 1988 and Airman of the Year for two consecutive years; 1988 and 1989. Vaughn was stationed in Loring Maine and the Mariana Islands, Guam where he was a Security Police and Disaster Preparedness Specialist. Mr. Shelton received numerous awards for commendation during his tour of duty. After graduating from the Mariana Islands University in Guam with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Mr. Shelton focused his interests on health and fitness industry until the mid 90's. In 1998, Vaughn decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and became a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas where he quickly became a Top Producer with Prudential by achieving over $11 million dollars in closed sales within one year. He earned Top Producer and Achievement Awards every year and was a member of the Gold Medallion Club. Selected to develop and close sales at Stone Bridge Ranch Estate located in Tomball, Texas. Vaughn Ray Shelton started Certified Court Reporters and Video, LLC in 2006. A Nationwide Court Reporting Agency, Vaughn now had a platform with which to exercise his true talents, creating and building long-lasting client relationship. Soon, Certified Court Reporters and Video, LLC was the highest rated court reporters agency in the Legal Industry. Mr. Shelton is now back where he started at his original real estate office. Ken Brand, broker for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate/Gary Greene Realtors and Vaughn Ray Shelton; Jr. are now a power team once again.
