Review
"[Steve] Rude returns to the character again in a seamless blending of the Marvel and DC worlds with writer Roger Stern. Stern and Rude present a story handling the characters that feels as if they've been alongside each other from day one. Effortlessly fusing Kirby and Shuster's art styles and bringing respect to both. Fans of either character should read this and let the debate over who's stronger rage on." -- Grimm, mightygeek.com
"When it comes to getting classic characters right, Stern is one of the best -- if not the best -- writers in the comics industry. Rude has seamlessly blended his wonderfully realistic faces, facial expressions, and figures with the recklessness of the 1940s Joe Shuster Superman and the sheer power of the 1960s Jack Kirby Hulk. Equally impressive is the way Milgrom's inks support the ambitions of the penciler. This crossover gets my highest recommendation." -- Tony Isabella
