The Indented Head (Paperback or Softback)

Indented Head has always been more than just a campsite for Jesse and his friends. Every summer, they return with their families to the secluded beachside retreat, where calm waters lap against the remains of an ancient paddle steamer and the sun sets on days filled with adventure.

But not all summers are the same and Jesse's growing tension with his unhinged parents casts a shadow over the familiar shores; while the arrival of a mysterious new girl at the camp sends ripples through his tight-knit group of friends.

As the days unfold, tales from the past intertwine with the present, revealing a complex web of relationships and histories. In the midst of it all, Jesse must confront the changing dynamics within his friendships and the shifting sands of his own identity.

The Indented Head is a captivating exploration of the bonds that hold us together and the forces that can pull us apart. Set against the backdrop of a place where time seems to stand still, this novel weaves together a rich tapestry of characters and stories, where the past never truly stays buried and the future is anything but certain.
