Green cloth with eloborate decorations in black, black lettering, brown leather backstrip with gilt lettering. Moderate wear, all edges rubbed, corners to boards. Scuffing and soil to boards. Paper is torn at hinges, but not broken. Previous owner gift inscription to both pastedown and front endpaper, pencil notation to reverse of rear endpaper. Page 107 is loose, but still with the book, and the edges of that page show wear and chipping. Some finger smudging throughout text.
