Independent National Music Reader [Cover Title: Independent Music Reader (National Music Course)]

**INCOMPLETE with several pages being missing or unusable including all prefatory pages.** A poor 8vo hardcover without a dust jacket as issued. Paper on boards is seriously rubbed and in the rear eroded. Exposed edges and rounded corners; black spine cover is all but missing. Aside from fragments of a couple of early pages, the contents begin with page 33, but even then, pages 33, 35 and 37 have been used as a scrapbook and have been covered with age-toned newspaper or magazine photos of early film stars. Thereafter the contents appear clean, complete and attached through page 230, which is the last page in this copy. Also laid in are pages 275-276, 285-286 from 'The Academy Song-Book'. In short, a copy with perhaps some reference value, but little else.
