Mario Blaser is Canada Research Chair in Aboriginal Studies, Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador. Ravi de Costa is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Environmental Studies, York University. Deborah McGregor is an associate professor cross-appointed in the Department of Geography and Planning and the Aboriginal Studies program, University of Toronto. William D.
