Indomitable Forces: Writing from the Students of Wells High School and 826CHI

"There is no greater gesture of generosity than authenticity."

- Érika Ordosgoitti, from the foreword

In Indomitable Forces, students of Wells High School examine this concept of belongingness and liberation, more specifically critiquing how to be a free agent in an unfree world and lean into writing about all of life's moments. These essays are translated into the students' home languages of Sanish, Ukrainian, and Arabic, in addition to English.

826CHI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students ages 6 to 18 with their creative and expository writing skills and to helping teachers inspire their students to write.
