Wailer, a technocrat, watches helplessly as Booze Boron, a businessman, prepares to take over the world and ruin lives at a hitherto unheard of scale. As Booze entices people with mouth-watering offers only to con them later, Wailer asks his trusted assistant Sandy to fetch the clumsy Dark Brown, whose unparalleled incompetence is his last resort. Just when it seems a race against the enemy is on, Sandy disappears without a trace and Dark Brown meets with an accident. Does Drak Brown put his incompetence to good use?
