Information Communication Technology (ICT) Profile Capabilities: ICT Management Competencies of Public Schools: Towards 21st Century Development Framework

Administrators are driving force behind these initiatives and capable to create engaging environment for active teaching-learning mechanisms and a vision of creating lifelong learners with a global perspective. A constant shift is occurring with different technology tool and equipment as well as mobile applications and software, social media tools, e-learning sites able to help teachers to create and organize student work that provides an opportunity for teaching-learning at a different pace and place.
