Information Systems: a Management Tool: Applied Studies

The use of Information Systems is very important to assist in the decision making process of organizations, whether public or private. In this context, this book presents two applied studies with the objective of fomenting knowledge in the area of Systems Management and Information Technology. The first study addresses the issue of satisfaction and usability of the Unified System of Public Administration (SUAP). The second study relates the use of Information Systems in recruitment and selection processes in private companies.
