The present text has been designed for students of computer science as an introduction to information technology. About The Pradeep Mathur, an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science, received his Graduate and PG Diploma in Computers and Information Technology. He joined in the teaching faculty as an lecturer in 1998 and was promoted to associated professor in 2002. He has authored many textbooks on computers and information technology, in both print and electronic formats. He is associated with famous educational institutions in India and abroad. A visiting faculty at various IT schools in India and abroad. He provides short-term courses to budding information professionals.
