Inindu (Paperback or Softback)

A PILGRIM HOPES TO HEAR THEIR name during the annual sorting ritual, granting them entrance to the Nine Circles of Delacroy, city of Morlac, god of another world, but will this new life bring joy or starvation?

MALDINADO ENTERED THE TERRIFYING Kul as a noble warrior, but when he awakens as a skilled tailor in a city that fears Inindu, he has no memory of any life outside of the one he enjoys as one of the most influential residents in Delacroy.

ININDU ARRIVES IN DELACROY INTENT on killing the god of another world, but the coward has hidden himself among the walking dead, forcing her to navigate a city filled with deadly secrets and fascinating new instruments of death.

In Inindu, the second book of his God of Another World series, Chad Michael Cox continues the tale of Inindu and Maldinado, showing us a new fantasy world filled with heroes who take advantage of the weak, artisans who murder for the right price, and devoted worshipers who question every ritual and prayer offered to a god they no longer trust. They all live in a city where the generous steal generously, honest residents routinely speak lies, and where the most faithful of Morlac's servants soon find themselves serving the role of unsuspecting victim.

CHAD MICHAEL COX was only five years-old when his grandpa, a police officer known for crafting stories, handcuffed him and left him in a holding cell as punishment for ending a sentence with a preposition. He worked off his debt to society by diagramming sentences for his mother and accompanied his father during visits to local bookstores-a tradition Chad sustains with his own (three) children.Having grown up under such literary hardship, he continued to torment himself by studying Writing, Literature, and Publishing at Emerson College. If this wasn't bad enough, he married a girl and built her numerous bookshelves and together they accumulated a wonderfully large library, and probably, or maybe only sort of related, they serve the whims of five cats. Now, he tortures other people's children as a contract writer for Iowa Testing Programs at the University of Iowa.
