The Ink Returns!: The Whitlock Inheritance: 2 (The Haven Cove Series)

The Ink Returns

Ink remembers.
Magic demands.
And love refuses to die.

Josie Worthington thought she had finally escaped the Whitlock Society—and its cursed, living ink. But when she and Blaine move to Los Angeles for college and to care for his terminally ill rock-star father, the past begins to stir again.

Nightmares return.
Visions follow.
And the ink beneath Josie’s skin begins to breathe.

Summoned back by a Whitlock heir she can’t ignore, Josie is drawn once more into a secret world where stories refuse to stay on the page—and unfinished destinies still demand payment.

As the summer solstice approaches, the Whitlock Society calls its bloodline home. A mysterious new writer rises from the shadows, blurring the line between fiction and reality and threatening everything Josie loves. Guided by Eleanor, Keeper of the Realm of Light, Josie and Blaine must confront hidden enemies, forbidden truths, and a destiny written long before they were born.

Set in a world of secret societies, living ink, and supernatural romance, The Ink Returns is a clean dark fantasy romance where love is tested, faith flickers quietly against the darkness, and the power of words can either save—or destroy—everything.
