Innate Ability

Is suffering a curse-or a divine invitation to thrive?

After a massive brainstem stroke and 10+ hour surgery, Corey Diggins faced a life he never expected: a body altered, a career paused, and a faith tested. In Innate Ability, he vulnerably shares the lessons he uncovered in the aftermath-how suffering can illuminate purpose, transform thought patterns, and awaken resilience.

Drawing on Christian faith, cutting-edge neuroscience, and his own journey of recovery, Corey guides readers to reclaim grace, master their minds, and embrace the hidden gifts in adversity. Through actionable practices, reflection, and a 3-step reprogramming system, he shows how trauma and trials can be reframed as opportunities for growth.

Innate Ability is a companion for anyone navigating loss, chronic illness, or life-altering change-offering a roadmap to rediscover joy, align with purpose, and thrive in the life you never planned.
