Amarnath Padhi is an experienced academic and researcher with over 17 years of expertise in the higher education industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources (HR) at NIST University, Brahmapur, Odisha, he specializes in teaching, training, HR policies, and leadership. Dr. Padhi holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resource Development (HRD) practices from Fakir Mohan University, a prestigious state university with NAAC 'A' Grade accreditation. Vinod Kr Sharma is a veteran professional with more than three decades of Academic and Administrative Experience serving as a Professor of Practice in Finance and Entrepreneurship at various Universities. Prof. Sharma is FCA, ISA, MBA, PhD and MCA from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India). He holds the role of an Advisory Member on the Board of Studies in various HEIs. He has authored a book titled 'Financial Decisions for Entrepreneurial Success'.

Poshan Yu is a lecturer in the University of Victoria Program at Soochow University, engaged in collaborative initiatives with globally recognized institutions including SKEMA Business School, Shanghai University’s Australian Studies Centre, Emlyon Business School, George Washington University at Renmin University of China (RUC), and KEDGE Business School’s RUC campus.
