ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Prof. (Dr.) Ram Chandra is an internationally acclaimed Scientist, Consultant, Manager and Academician with vast experience in the areas of higher academics and professional education. He has over 45 years of experience in international teaching, lecturing, research, management and administration. He has served several universities in different capacities like Vice Chancellor, Monad University; Deputy Vice Chancellor at Cavendish University, Zambia ; Professor and Director, Board of Studies at Mewar University; Senior Regional Director at Indira Gandhi National Open University; Director at Centre of Energy Studies and Research, Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore; Senior Scientific Officer at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
