See photos for condition details. Hardcover, blue cloth boards with blind stamped design and gilt on front. Exterior is very well worn and spine has been repaired with library tape. Interior pages are complete, including end pages. Front end page and pastedown shows an 1859 owner's reference and signatures (D. Edwin Stone from Montgomery County Maryland). Pages are browned due to age with heavy foxing and staining noted throughout. Rear hinge is completely broken and held on by the library tape. Good reading copy though.

Store description

Yesterday's Book Shop is a small, family-owned establishment. The store first opened in Maryland in 1966 under the name The Collector's Corner, which mainly dealt in older books, stamps and assorted ephemera. In 1975 the name was changed to Yesterday's Book Shop when the main focus became only books and printed matter.

Specialty

First editions, signed editions, limited editions, pre-1950 collectible copies with most being around the turn of the twentieth century and earlier.
