The first part of this two-part work by a member of Lincoln's Inn proposes methods to consolidate state and law reporting. The second, and larger, part is a rebuttal of the important Report from the Select Committee on Criminal Laws (1819), which proposed a series of notable reforms, such as a reduction in the number of capital offenses.
