Prior to retirement, Frank started and built up Pillar to Post Home Inspection of Southwest Utah. inspecting over 4200 homes. During his more than 13 years as a home inspector, he learned a thing or two about what buyers and homeowners need to know about homes and home inspection. In this latest book, Frank offers practical insights to home buyers and owners about the inspector's role in the home buying/selling process, maintaining a home's systems and how an inspection gives peace of mind.

Natalie Ross fills many roles: wife, mother, teacher, office manager, small business owner and mentor. Her educational background in Architecture and Design and decades of experience in various office environments qualify her to collaborate in making this dream book a reality. Natalie co-owned Pillar to Post Home Inspection and worked alongside Frank building up a successful enterprise. Without her leadership this book never would have made it past "That's a good idea."
