About the Author
Jean Frankel has more than 18 years of consulting experience in associations and more than 30 years of business management consulting experience across all sectors. An internationally known and respected management consultant, she is the founder and president of Ideas for Action, LLC.
Gabriel Eckert, CAE, is a working association chief staff executive with more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and involvement in local and national organizations. He is the executive director of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia.
