About the Author

Kevin Head, Ph.D., and Amy Head, LCSW, have a passion for helping people find strength in times of struggle. For more than two decades, Kevin and Amy have worked with hundreds of families around the issues of communication, respect, discipline and boundaries. Through their private practice, New Perspectives for Life, LLC, they have seen families improve in big ways simply through small shifts in thought and behavior. Kevin and Amy provide counseling, life coaching and both serve as keynote speakers, seminar presenters, and group facilitators for corporate, church and community events. Amy is also a clinical hypnotherapist, providing hypnosis to children, teens and adults. She was recently voted 2017 Best Hypnotherapist in Atlanta. Kevin currently serves as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Roswell in Roswell, GA. Kevin and Amy live in Marietta, GA and have two young adult children, Jenna and Joshua.
