Ex-library book with the usual markings/stamps. While the book exhibits some use on outside edges, the pages are clean and unmarked inside, the boards are in good shape with some minor edge wear and fading, and the dust jacket is encased in mylar with little sign of wear. An excellent reading volume from the incomparable Iain Pears. Historical mystery at its best!
