Dr. Pam Schiller has an impressive career spanning nearly every facet of the early childhood profession. She was supervisor of Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten for the Pasadena (Texas) Independent School District, and Assistant Professor at the University of Houston at Clear Lake,.
Dr. Schiller has, authored numerous, articles, for early childhood journals, as well as teacher resource books including Where is Thumbkin?, co-authored by Thomas Moore and published Gryphon House.
Beyond her professional life, she maintains a special - and active interest in nature and the environment. Pam is the mother of two grown daughters and is a very proud grandmother-to-be!
Joan Rossano has both taught and directed preschool programs. She was the Chairperson of the Department of Child Care and Development, and Director of the Child Development Laboratory School at Alvin Community College at Alvin. Together with Dr. Schiller, she has authored numerous articles in early childhood journals. Outside of her professional life, she has a special interest in seeing women realize their full potential in the working world.
