About the Author

The author is an Assistant Professor at Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences (IAAS), Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal. He has completed M.Sc. Ag in Agricultural Extension from IAAS/TU. His fields of interest in research are: Institutional Development (ID) and Group Dynamics of the farmer's organizations.
