About the Author
Dan has developed and delivered training in a variety of industries including insurance, healthcare, call centers, and energy. He currently works for Aon Management Consulting in the process improvement and design practice area. He primarily consults and conducts training in Six Sigma methods for quality improvement. He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Wanda and their daughter Rachael. When he's not working Dan loves going to the movies with his daughter or riding his motorcycle with his wife around the Texas hill country.
