Instructional Design for Task Expertise

Instructional Design for Task Expertise provides fundamental guidance in designing learner-centered instruction for developing task expertise across educational and training contexts. This textbook is structured into units on defining, designing, developing, and evaluating the instruction. Addressing the field’s need for improvement in design process models, the book introduces graduate students, faculty, instructional designers, and learning experience designers to the Holistic 4D Model as a framework through which they can conduct a one-semester ID project in a small team.
