Brown paper covers with black lettering to front. Boards, especially the back, are grubby. Corners are worn. Board edges are creased. Spine is worn and is beginning to split at bottom. Page edges are rather grubby. Pages have marks throughout, with some stains near edges. 14 pp. Book has at one point been folded in half, so there is a crease down the middle of all pages, including covers.
