The Seventh Edition includes a new stand-alone chapter on health insurance as well as new materials addressing the American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law of Liability Insurance and long-term care insurance. It also includes substantially updated materials on a range of issues, including liability insurers' duty to settle, concurrent causation, and the number of "occurrences."
