Integrated Nutrient Management in Rose (Rosa chinensis)

The rose, known as the "queen of flowers," belongs to the Rosaceae family and is native to the temperate Northern Hemisphere. A key player in global floriculture, its beauty, color, fragrance, and longevity make it widely cherished. Floribunda roses, like Rosa chinensis var. Kashmiri, produce cluster blooms ideal for garlands and rituals. This velvety red, compact shrub blooms profusely with soft, cashmere-like petals. Despite the growing interest in organic farming, the combined effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers, including jeevamrut and micronutrients, on rose growth and quality remain underexplored. This research is done for exploring the various organic and micro nutrient prospects for increasing the yield and quality of rose.
