About the Author
John M. Usher received his Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences at Louisiana State University in 1989. He also holds graduate degrees in both Chemical and Industrial Engineering from LSU, and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
